[ ] Ask a licensed electrical contractor to assess available service capacity.
[ ] Discuss load management before assuming a 200A upgrade is necessary.
[ ] Obtain utility requirements and service-upgrade costs where applicable.
[ ] Record your heating fuel, home type and proposed equipment model numbers.
[ ] Verify current eligibility and pre-registration BEFORE committing to work:

[ ] Ask the programme whether funding sources can be combined; do not assume stacking.
[ ] Confirm strata approval, placement, noise and condensate requirements.
[ ] Request written scope, equipment, permits, taxes, exclusions and warranties.
[ ] Keep approvals, invoices, commissioning documents and application deadlines.
