Information we collect

When you submit a quote request, claim, or removal request, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, city, postal code, and project details. We also collect basic technical data (such as IP address) to operate the site and limit abuse.

How we use your information

• To respond to and follow up on quote requests.
• To connect homeowners with contractors serving their area.
• To review profile claims and removal/update requests.
• To protect the service from spam and abuse.

How we share information

Quote request details may be shared with contractors for the purpose of providing you with a quote. We do not sell your personal information. Lead information is never displayed publicly on this site.

Contractor listings

Some contractor profiles are based on publicly available business information and may be unclaimed. Contractors can request updates, claim their profile, or request removal at any time using our update/removal form.

Quote Studio photos and project data

Quote Studio collects the property details, measurements, notes and attachments you choose to submit. Files are kept in private storage for project review. Authorized administrators access attachments using temporary download links. Downloaded project copies contain your entered customer data and should be kept private.

Selecting Analyze photo sends that photo to the configured AI provider after you confirm permission. The provider processes it under its own service terms. Suggestions may be incorrect and require review; they do not automatically change measurements. Do not upload unrelated personal documents or photos of people. Google Maps

When you choose map lookup or open a map, your entered property address is sent to Google. We retain the selected place ID with your project, along with the address you entered, but do not retain Google's lookup response or map imagery. Google's services are governed by its Privacy Policy and Maps terms.

Data retention & security

We retain submissions for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Data is stored in a managed database with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Contractors may request profile changes or removal through the update/removal form.

Quote matching consent

With your explicit consent, we may share a quote request with up to 3 contractors in total serving your project area. We do not publish your information or sell it beyond those matches. This does not authorise unrelated marketing.
